TEDxJHU 2017

Dr. Natalia Trayanova, among an excellent list of speakers at this year's TEDxJHU, gave a disruptive, thought provoking, and inspirational talk about her personal plight in bringing computational modelling to the clinic. Dr. Trayanova and her team are not only developing new technology to assess patient risk of arrhythmia using patient specific virtual hearts, they are also fulfilling this translational research role by being in the hospital and working with the clinicians to fully utilize this approach for the maximum benefit of the patient.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, Dr. Trayanova gave a thought provoking talk about bringing computational models to the clinic.
