Shreeram Sabareesan

Undergraduate Student

Shreeram is an undergraduate student at Johns Hopkins University majoring in biomedical engineering. His research in the lab focuses on using machine learning and simulations to characterize the atrial substrate in patients with atrial fibrillation using electro-anatomic data. He aims to develop a mechanistic understanding of atrial fibrillation by analyzing spatial voltage distributions in the atria. He has extensively optimized analytical pipelines to bridge the gap between his mechanistic research and potential clinical applications. In his free time, Shreeram likes to go to the gym, swim, and visit new places to eat. If you would like to get in touch, feel free to email Shreeram at ssabare1@jh.edu.
