Ryan Bradley
Associate Research Engineer

Ryan supports algorithm and software development in service of simulation-guided clinical trials. He completed his Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. His doctoral and post-doctoral research has sought to link molecular biochemistry with the physics of the cell. In addition to supporting the Trayanova Lab, he helps to manage the scientific software at the local high-performance computing center (MARCC) and develops tools to help researchers write reproducible code. He has a broad interest in using computation to benefit human health.
