Michael Murphy
Undergraduate Student
Michael is a third year undergraduate student majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in applied mathematics & statistics. Since joining the lab in early 2015, he has worked on projects involving cardiac applications of optogenetics and mechanisms of arrhythmia termination, and presented this work at the 2016 Biophysical Society Conference in Los Angeles, California. He works mainly with Patrick Boyle and Sohail Zahid on a number of projects involving computational modeling and simulation of atrial arrhythmia.
